Dorothy Faye Palmer was born to John and Myrtle Manning on June 2, 1932 and passed away on May 16, 2017. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Cecil Raymond Palmer. Dorothy is survived by her sons, Charles Palmer and wife, Paula; Gary Palmer; and Thomas Palmer and wife Mindy; grandchildren, Amy Ferguson and husband, Scott; Jill Daniel and husband, Jason; Audrea Slaughter, Jennifer Palmer, Connelly Palmer and Kaley Palmer; 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and other family. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association. Dorothy married Cecil on November 3, 1950. She was the youngest of 5 siblings. The family will receive friend from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Thursday May 18, 2017 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 19, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home, Wildwood Chapel. Burial will be at Restland Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
