Dorothy Ileene Scott's Obituary
Dorothy Ileene Scott (née Fross) was born on May 23, 1954 in Edinburg, Texas, the daughter of Clair and Norma Fross. She grew up in Farmers Branch, Texas where she attended R.L. Turner High School.
Dorothy met and married the love of her life Gary L. Scott, on August 24, 1979. Dorothy and Gary built their life in Garland, Texas, where they raised their beautiful children. Dorothy was extraordinarily kind, caring, and thoughtful. She will always be remembered for her generosity, style, creativity and flair for design.
Dorothy passed away peacefully on January 23, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jeff Fross. Dorothy is survived by her husband, Gary, sons, Matt and Clint, brother, Derrell (Carol) Fross, sister Valerie (Laurie) Fross. She was also loved by a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Graveside Service will be held at Restland Cemetery on Friday, January 31st, at 2:00PM.
