Born Nov. 21, 1924 – Died Nov. 11, 2008 Preceded in death by husband; Boon Richards, Jr. and husband; Wayne Willhite. She is survived by her sons; Boon Richards III and wife, Nancy, and Leon Willhite and wife, Lynn, daughters, Randi Richards, Jean Carroll, and husband, Bob, and Judy Watts Elliff, Grandchildren; Jennifer and Boon Richards IV, April Mureen, and husband, Jon, Anna Carroll, Arnold Smithart, Bryan Smithart, and Stormy Watts, Melissa Fisher, and husband, Eric, Lee Willhite, and wife, Mel. Also survived by great-grandchildren; Anna Kate and Jonathan Mureen, Kendrick Thompson, Malcolm, Madeline, and Evrit Fisher, Dilan Smithart, and Austin and William Watts. She leaves behind one sister, Evelyn Dorsett and sister-in-law, Nellie Jeanne Michael. A visitation with friends and family will be held one hour before service. Service will be held at 12:30 pm in Restland’s Memorial Chapel on Thursday, November 13, 2008. Donations may be made to the American Diabeties Association, P.O. Box 11454 Alexandria, VA 22312.
