RAINES, DOUGLAS WAYNE born January 26, 1966 in Dallas, Texas and passed away February 25, 2014 in Dallas, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Jerry Wayne Raines. Doug is survived by his wife, Barbara; mother, Peggy; son, Dakota; and daughter, Alaina. Graveside service will be held at 2:00p.m., Friday, February 28, 2014 at Restland Memorial Park with visitation from 10:00a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Memorial Chapel at Restland. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Miracle League of Frisco, Hope Cottage of Dallas, or to Children’s Hosptial. Doug will be missed by his family and his many many friends and acquaintances.
