Doyle Conine's Obituary
CONINE, DOYLE, 93, was born to Pearl Marie & Lafayette Conine in Fannin County near Bonham on December 15, 1913. His predeceased wife, Erma Lee Price Conine, of 50 years, and subsequent predeceased wife, Thelma Irene Loftis, have gone on before him. He is survived by his son, Doyle D. Conine of Denton. He is also survived by a sister, Avis Rhea & husband, Bob Washburn of Garland; step-daughters, Shirley McKinney & husband, Charles of Mesquite and Wanda Corso of Dallas; grandson, C. Kent & wife, Meg Conine of Frisco; and granddaughter, Karla Wilson & husband, Randy of Bryan; and numerous great-grandchildren and close friends. Doyle was employed by Stimson Corporation of Dallas for over 30 years as a Construction Supervisor. He was a Baptist by faith and lived the Golden Rule. He led by example. He was the last surviving member of his 1930 graduating class at Josephine (Texas) High School. We will all cherish our time together and miss him greatly. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Friday, March 16, 2007 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, March 17, 2007 at Restland Wildwood Chapel, followed by interment at Restland Memorial Park.
