Duane Walton Chandler's Obituary
Born on November 19th, 1953, in La Marque, Texas, Duane was a lifelong resident of Texas. Known for his hardworking nature and determination, he was a cherished member of his community.
Duane had a passion for outdoor activities, particularly hunting and fishing, and held a profound love for music.
Duane was preceded by his Parents: Gwen and John Chandler, daughter; Misty Sowards and sister Linda Stiles.
He is survived by his loving spouse, Norma Chandler; his son, Bubba Gatewood, (Amanda Gatewood); his daughters, Shonda York, (Carl York) and Crystal Wilson; his Grandchildren, Leah, Madison, Olivia, Phil, Caden, Camryn and his faithful canine companions, Gracie and Magie, were also a cherished part of his life.
Duane will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held 6pm to 8pm Thursday, January 2, Funeral Service will be held 10:30am Friday, January 3 at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Ave. Dallas, Texas
Interment will follow at 1:00pm, Dalla- Fort Worth National Cemetery
