MACKENZIE, JR., DUNCAN THOMAS born August 4, 1924 in Higland Park, Michigan and passed away November 9, 2013 in Dallas, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Virginia MacKenzie; son, Duncan Thomas MacKenzie, III and wife, Sandra Thompson MacKenzie; and 2 grandchildren: Katharine Minta MacKenzie and Kenneth James MacKenzie. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Restland Memorial Park.
