Earl Madison Monk's Obituary
MONK, EARL MADISON passed away Sunday, September 29, 2013. He was born on November 24, 1916 in Waxahachie, TX. He was a comptroller for the Southland Corporation for over 40 years. Earl is preceded in death by the love of his life, Mary Ella. They were married almost 75 years. He is survived by two daughters, Carrietta Gentry and Earlyne Buchanan; two grandchildren; four great grandchildren and two nieces and three nephews. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 5, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 3:00PM, Saturday, October 5, 2013 at Restland Abbey Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice.
