Earlene Bibb Davidson, age 81, passed away surrounded by her husband, children, and grandchildren on November 27, 2015 in Dallas, TX. Earlene was born on July 9, 1934 in Hartshorne, OK to Earl and Lois Bibb. Earlene married John “Bussie” Davidson on March 23, 1952, and they enjoyed 63 precious years together. Earlene was a loving and faithful mother and grandmother to her three children, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She also worked as an office manager for a Tupperware distributor for 32 years. Earlene has loved and trusted Jesus as her Savior since childhood, and she demonstrated His love throughout her life to her family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors. She was incredibly generous and had a huge heart. She was devoted to her family, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Earlene is survived by her husband Bussie; son John Davidson and wife Nora of Fort Worth; son Rodney Davidson and wife Pam of Rowlett; daughter Diane Carter and husband Don of Dripping Springs; grandchildren Rodney Davidson, Jr. and wife Julie; Matthew Davidson and wife Brianna; Lindsey Lundin and husband Brian; Dustin Davidson; James Davidson and wife Mara; Mallory Carter; Daniel Carter; Michael Davidson; great-grandchildren Anna Davidson; Lily Davidson; brother Kenneth Bibbs and wife Jackie; sister Barbara Bibb Slover. Earlene was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Buddy J. Bibb. Family will receive friends on Monday, November 30th from 6:00- 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at the Restland Memorial Chapel.
