Eddie Ruth Beekly's Obituary
Eddie Ruth Slater Beekly was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on August 29, 1930. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, William E. Beekly, Jr; husband, William E. Beekly Sr.; sister, Jo Melba Sharp and parents, Edward and Ruth Slater. Eddie Ruth is survived by her three granddaughters, Summer Cave, Heather Harrington and Ginger McDonald, three grandsons “in law” Jason Cave, Richard Harrington, and Cody McDonald and three great grandsons, Dylan Cave, Evan Cave and Oliver McDonald who all loved and knew her as Mama Eddie. Eddie Ruth was welcomed home on December 11, 2012. A graveside ceremony will be held at Restland of Dallas on Saturday, December 15 at 1:00 PM.
