This is Cindy Else Harris sending my sincere wishes of condolences. Mr. Prough was my neighbor for 10 years. I got married and moved to Nacogdoches and we lost touch. He was always very kind and friendly to us. He was a wonderful man that loved his wife and family so much. He was a marvelous servant to Richardson too. He will be missed.
