Edgar was born January 29, 1951 in Ecuador, to Noe and Victoria Sarmiento Ramos.
Funeral Mass will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at Cathedral Shrine of The Virgin of Guadalupe Church, 2215 Ross Ave., Dallas. Visitation will be 3:00 pm-8:00 pm Monday, July 18, 2022 at the Church. Burial will be at Restland Memorial Park.
