Edith Marie Shannon's Obituary
Edith Marie Shannon was born in Dallas, Texas. On July 23, 2025, she was called to be with her daughter, Candace LaRae Brown, who preceded her in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of more than twenty years, Arthur Glen Shannon, her brother, George Hudson, and her only beloved son, Octavius Jordan Calloway.
During Edith's life, she dedicated herself to her friends, her family, and her work. She loved working out and making jewelry. Edith exuded a strong work ethic and a love for her family that will be missed dearly. She touched so many people with her kindness.
A memorial service will held on August 6,2025 honoring the life of Mrs. Edith Marie Shannon at 10:30 am. Restland Funeral Home in our Memorial Chapel.
