Obituary for Edith Anita Taylor
With profound sadness we announce the passing of Edith Anita Taylor of Frisco, Texas on February 27, 2023 at approximately 1130 pm at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center of Plano.
She was a Christian Woman, trying to live by the word of God. She was always there to pray for those in need and helped everyone she could in life.
She and her twin sister were born on September 16, 1941 in Bogata/Deport, Texas. Edith Anita Hill and Essie Juanita Hill.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Alma R. Hill and Gene Hill. Brother, Henry Duane (Bit). Sisters, Jean Louise Marks, Mary Catherine Thompson.
She is survived by her husband Carl Taylor. Sons, Carl Alan Taylor Jr. and John Taylor. Also, her twin Juanita Hill Simmons. She was a cherished Auntie of many nieces and nephews that loved her dearly.
She was a great prayer warrior. She and her twin have talked and prayed together many times a day for their children, different family members, major world events, and each other. They kept each other company day and night. She was a great minister of the Lord. She had a special gift with the young. Another of her gifts was the ability to lift you up like nobody else could. She will forever be missed by all.
Funeral arrangements are on Monday March 6, 2023 at 2 pm at Restland Funeral Home Greenville Ave
