Edith Helen Tucker's Obituary
TUCKER, EDITH HELEN Born October 1, 1931 in Dallas and passed away February 19, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, L.E. (Ed) Tucker; her brother, Ray Scholl; and her brother-in-law, Harold Tucker. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Herring and husband Paul; grandsons, Kyle Herring and wife Nici, John Herring, and Lance Herring; sister, Doris Horton and husband Harvey; niece, Linda Maples and husband Pat; sisters-in-law, Maxine Scholl and Nell Tucker; and nephews, Douglas Tucker and Ray Scholl, Jr. and wife Margaret. Edith enjoyed being with her family and friends and, as an avid bridge player, she always looked forward to her monthly games with the Arboreal Street Bridge Club. Edith and Ed now are together again, watching over their grandsons whom they cherished. Paul bearers are: Paul, Kyle, John, and Lance Herring, Douglas Tucker, and Ray Scholl, Jr. Visitation 6-8pm Friday, February 22 at Restland Funeral Home. Memorial service 10am Saturday, February 23 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
