Edna Mae Stone's Obituary
STONE, EDNA MAE born July 13, 1919 in Lubbock, TX and passed away February 20, 2013 in Plano, TX. Edna grew up and finished high school in Slaton, TX and was a graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock. She married Robert Lee Stone on August 27, 1939 and they moved to Dallas in 1950. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert and her sister, Marie Thompson. Edna is survived by daughter, Sharron Bryan and husband, Jim; grandchildren, Lori Barker and husband, Mike; great grandchildren, Evan and Bryce Barker; and nephews, James Thompson and wife, Elizabeth and their children and grandchildren, Tom Thompson and wife, JJ. Services will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at Prestonwood Baptist Church, 6801 West Park Boulevard in Plano with Pastor Neal Jeffery officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Prestonwood Baptist Church, PowerPoint Ministries, PO Box 799070, Dallas, TX 75379.
