Edwiges Vicky Ontiveros' Obituary
On 11/29/2023 the Lord called Edwiges home to be with her son and her beloved husband, Beto.
She was born in Mexico in the 1940's as a premature child. She was loved by her grandmother who raised her as her daughter. With the love of her grandparents, she flourished and became a nurse in her small mining town.
This is where she met the love of her life. Her Beloved husband, Beto. She was the on-call nurse for the er when he brought in his friend that had been stabbed at a dance.
He was immediately drawn to the saucy, fiery nurse. The rest was 40 years of magic.
They married and moved to Dallas to start a family. They had three kids José who was taken too soon by a brain tumor, Jorge the middle child and Jesus the last one, he would say the best on was saved for last.
They were all successful and had wonderful families of their own. Vicky as she was known to her friends had 8 grand kids who are all healthy and happy.
We will all miss Edwiges and are happy that she is finally with her loving husband and son who preceded her.
We mourn the loss of this funny, fiery and smart woman who made everyone es who met her wish she was their mom.
