Elaine Janette Tubbs, age 66, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, in Carrollton, Texas. Born to Mr. Edgar Olson and Ms. Marjorie Olson on August 15, 1956, in Houston, Texas, Elaine found her way to Denton, TX and spent over 20 years there before calling Carrollton home.
Elaine loved spending time with her family, vacations to the beach, playing cards, listening to sermons, sharing her faith, and took pride in her work at Sally Beauty Holdings. She was a very generous and giving person and a great friend. She loved making people feel included and truly had a heart for helping others.
Elaine is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Linda Olson of Waco, her daughter Jamie Stapleton of Carrollton, her son and daughter-in-law Steven and Megan Tubbs of Carrollton, her daughter and son-in-law Jennie and Joey Johnson of Plano, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
She leaves her loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. She will be sincerely missed by her loving family, devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her."
Visitation for Elaine Janette Tubbs will be Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 1:00 PM in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. A Service will be Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
