Miller, Elbert Daniel, 94, of Garland, TX passed away Thursday, December 19, 2013 with his family by his side. Elbert was born on December 18, 1919 in Gordon, TX to Albert David Miller and Velma Homsley Miller. He was preceded in death by his sister, Grace Lilly; brother, Grady Miller; and granddaughter, Chelsea Miller. He is survived by his wife, Gussie Faye Miller; 3 sons and their spouses, David and Mickie Miller of Mesquite, Gerald and Linda Miller of Wills Point, and Eddie and Theresa Miller of Garland; brother, James Miller; sisters, Lillie Ray and Helen Graves; 3 grandsons, 5 granddaughters, 11 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren. Family visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday, December 23, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 3:00 PM on Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at Restland Abbey Chapel with interment to follow.
