Eleanor Lee Gerron's Obituary
Eleanor Lee "Enor" Gerron (nee Clark) passed away on March 7, 2025, in Savannah, Texas. She was born on July 26, 1943, in Joplin, Missouri, and lived a life devoted to her family.
On August 26, 1967, Eleanor married Joe Gerron, blending their families into one. Alongside her daughter Kelly, she welcomed Joe's daughters Dina, Gina, Lori, and Lana. Later, they expanded their family with the births of daughter Terry and son Bradley. Eleanor and Joe shared a loving marriage for over 57 years, building a home filled with warmth and togetherness. She embraced motherhood whole heartedly and found immense joy in being "Memaw" to her 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents, Theresa Lynch and Riley Clark, as well as her daughters Dina Gerron and Kelly Bond. She is survived by her loving husband Joe, beloved children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and siblings Tom Clark, Dan Clark, and Brenda Poole.
Eleanor's kindness and loving spirit left an unforgettable mark on all who knew her. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those she cherished so deeply.
A Funeral service for Eleanor will be held at the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 10:30 AM. A public Visitation will take place inside the Wildwood Chapel beginning at 9:30 AM
