Eleanor Mae Rosa was born in Honolulu Hawaii to the parents of Louis Gones Rosa and Elizabeth Luka on September 18, 1946, and passed away on November 24, 2016, in Dallas, Texas. She was 70 years of age. Eleanor is survived by her daughters Elizabeth Culberson with spouse Troy Culberson, Ethel Gonzales with Deion Owens, Rebacca Gonzales as well with her following grandchildren Jasmine Gonzales, Vanessa Gonzales, Christopher Gonzales, Vincent Gonzales, Jessica Gonzales, Deion Owens Jr, Antonio Barber Jr, Antjuan Barber, Vaughn Garrett, Keith Garrett, great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Eleanor Mae Rosa was married to Richard Gonzales for 14 years. She was loving mother and grandmother who always think about other than herself. Her passion was cooking, crafting, cosmetology, and being around friends and family. Her imprint and legacy will be long lasting in the hearts of many. Her greatest joy is her grandkids and knowing she left her footprint in their hearts. The family would like to thank our mother’s friend who she called brother. Our mother loves you and no words can describe how we can truly appreciate for your gratitude. Knowing you are in her heart and ours. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 1, 2016, from 6:00PM – 8:00PM at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral service will be on Friday, December 2, 2016, at 3:00PM in the Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
