Eleanor Rosson was born on June 6, 1921 in Blue Grove, Texas and passed away May 3, 2015 in Garland, Texas. Preceded in death by her parents, Alexander Weber and Geneieve Denius Weber; her husband of 63 years, Alfred M. Rosson Sr. and her son, Alfred M. Rosson, Jr. Eleanor is survived by her two daughters, Dorothy Rosson, Jo Ann Parten and husband, George; sisters, Gertrude Prigmore, Helen Thurmond; brother-in-law, Don Rosson; grandchildren, Jeffrey Parten and wife, Tricia, Julie Squiers and husband, Larry; great grandchildren, Ashley Parten, Kayley Parten, Cole Squiers; ten neices and four nephews. The visitation for Eleanor Rosson will be held from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. The service for Eleanor Rosson will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 10:00 AM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VNA Hospice-1600 Viceroy, Suite 400, Dallas, Texas 75236 or the American Cancer Association.
