CLOWERS, ELISA EVANGELINE born May 25, 1939 in Santa Maria, Texas has passed away April 30, 2013 in Garland, Texas. Elisa is survived by her husband, Olen Mitchell Clowers; daughter, Betty Newman and grandson, Heath Newman. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held Friday, May 3, 2013 at 2:30 PM at Restland Memorial Chapel.
