Elizabeth " Betty" Riewerts' Obituary
Elizabeth ‘Betty’ Riewerts, born in Dublin Ireland in 1933. Elizabeth (Betty) and her brother Mike, father Bill, and mother May were a very close family. She left to work in London in 1957. She then married a US military man in 1960. Betty went to a US Base in Germany. In 1962 they left for Amarillo AFB. In 1966 they went to Florida where her husband worked for NASA and the USAF. She then went to San Antonio in 1966 then to Dallas in 1969. Betty worked in Amarillo, San Antonio, and Dallas as a supervisor teller. Anybody that met Betty knew she was sincere and trustworthy, they had made a new friend. She died February 25, 2017, after a long battle with cancer and other complications. The family will receive friends on March 1, 2017, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service for Betty will be held on March 2, 2017, at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church located at 2700 W Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano
