Elizabeth “Liz” Joiner, 83, of Richardson, TX passed away January 30, 2018 in Carrollton, TX of respiratory failure. She was born December 31, 1934 to R.D. Wray and Lillie Hicks Wray in Pittsburg, TX.She married Joe Joiner on November 14, 1954 in Rockwall, TX. She was a homemaker, housewife, mother, grandmother, receptionist, bookkeeper, cashier, chief cook, and bottlewasher. Liz was a member of First United Methodist Church of Richardson for over 50 years.Liz is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Joiner and a son, Roger Joiner. She is survived by 3 sons: Mickey Joiner, Ron Joiner, and Don Joiner; 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.Funeral services for Liz will be Monday, February 5, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Restland’s Wildwood Chapel with burial to follow at Restland Cemetery.
