Ms. Elizabeth Parris, 91, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, in Tyler, Texas. she was a lifelong resident in the Dallas area. She was born on Friday, December 3, 1926, to her loving and thoughtful parents, Don Cecil McCalib and Ruby Jewel Hardy McCalib in Dallas, Texas. She proceeded in death by her husband Delbert Jackson Parris. She survived by sons Steve (Tina) Parris of DeRidder, Louisiana, Stewart Parris of Tyler, Texas, sisters JoAnn Williams of Grapevine, Texas, June Klingler of San Antonio, Texas, granddaughter Elizabeth (Hector) Ramirez, great granddaughter Samantha Rose Ramirez and the numerous nieces and nephews. Ms. Elizabeth Parris will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.Visitation for Ms. Elizabeth Parris will be held Friday, September 28, 2018, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home.
