Elliott Kwaku Osafo's Obituary
mDaasebre Adusei Peasah IV, Akyem Tafohene; Abusuapayin Kwadwo Asamoah Krodua; Obaapanin Margaret Boateng; Obaapanin Susana Ohene Nyarko; and The Entire Obema, Okoakyi-Krodua family, Nana Gyima Darko Ampem II; Adehyehene of Nkwatia and Asona Abusuapanin of Nkwatia, Abetifi, Pepease and Elsewhere; Opanin Asiamah Brenya of Abetifi; Kwaku Frimpong (Papa Owuraku) of Accra; Mrs. Rayna Osafo; and the entire Benkosafo family regret to announce the passing of their beloved Elliott Kwaku Kwakye Osafo (Kwaku Bro), also known as Sal Mineo, aka Ginger Way, at the age of 82 years.
Funeral and burial arrangements are as follows. Visitation and funeral service will be held on June 14, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Wildwood Chapel Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas. The burial service will take place on the same day at Restland Cemetery in Garden of Cypress, Lot 14, Block C, Space 1.
Elliott Kwaku Kwakye Osafo was the cherished son of Papa Benkosafo (Benjamin Kwabena Osafo) and Adelaide Oye Addo (Mama Oye). He was a devoted father to Elliott Kwaku Kwakye Osafo Jr. and Brooke Shanell Trussell - Yaababy Esther Georgina Osafo. His legacy continues through his beloved grandchildren: Benjamin Kwabena Osafo, Susanna Akosua Antwiwaa Bosiako Osafo, Annie Adwoa Asirifi Osafo, Elliott Kwakye Osafo, Barrack Asante Osafo, Deangelo Jevon Osafo Bell, and Emanuelle Dante Osafo Bell, as well as his great-grandchildren: Mathias Joelle James Bell and Ariya Anais Larose Bell.
