Atkins, Eloise was born on January 07, 1934 in Carson, TX and passed away on September 10, 2013 in Garland, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill and daughter, Pam. Eloise is survived by her son, Mike; brother, Cordell Foreman; three grandchildren and five great grand children. Services will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Shiloh Terrace Baptist Church, 9810 La Prada Drive Dallas, TX 75228, with visitation one hour prior. Graveside service 11:00 AM on Monday, September 16, 2013 at DFW National.
