Mrs. Elsie Faye Fast's Obituary
Elsie Faye Brown
Born to Juanita Linville Brown and Thomas Lacy Brown on October 11, 1932 in Minco, Oklahoma. Elsie was the oldest of 3 children. The family moved to Sulphur, Oklahoma, where they were raised. Her younger brothers were the late Tom Brown of Florida. And Charley Brown of Mississippi. Elsie met Frank Myron Fast in high school. They married the next year. The Fasts moved back to Oklahoma City. In 1956, their oldest child, Sandra Kaye Fast was born, followed by Steven Keith Fast in October of 1959. The Fast's moved to Richardson, Texas in 1967. Both son and daughter grew up and married. In 1984 grandsons, Steven Keith Fast, Jr and Christopher Paul Lewis, Jr. were born. Frank became ill with kidney disease and started dialysis. He passed away December, 2017.
Elsie's daughter, Sandy moved in and cared for her for the last 4 years of her life. Elsie was in home hospice when she gently and peacefully moved into Jesus' arms early Sunday morning, on June 26, 2022. Survivors are daughter Sandra Lewis and son, Christopher Paul Lewis. Steven Keith Fast, son, his wife, Laura Fast and his son, Steven Keith Fast, Jr. Brother, Charley Brown and his wife, Lana Brown.
