Mrs. Elsie Helen Price, the daughter of Alex Dalton and Corine Johnson was born in Hubbard City, Texas April 25, 1923. She moved to Dallas, TX at a early age and then connected herself to Bethlehem Baptist Church. She later united with Bexar Street Baptist Church where her membership was active until death.Elsie was educated in the Dallas Independent School District and was a graduate of Lincoln High School. She married Frank Price in 1942 who proceeded her in death and as a single parent she raised 5 children.She leaves to cherish her memories Frank J. Price Jr., Jacqueline Tisdale Carter, Carol W. Davis, Jerri Shepherd (Charles) and Beverly Bell, 11 grandchildren, and a host of great & great great grandchildren, cousins and friends. Elsie is preceeded in death by 2 grandchildren.Funeral service for Ms. Elsie Helen Price will be held Friday, March 29, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Bexar Street Baptist Church located at 2018 S. Marsalis Ave, Dallas, Texas 75216 with graveside services after at Laurel Land Memorial Park, Dallas.Funeral arrangements for Ms. Elsie Helen Price have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, which is located at 13005 Greenville Ave., at the intersection of Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243, and can be reached at (972) 238-7111.
