Elvena Jeannette Colbert's Obituary
Elvena Jeannette Colbert, 80, of Garland, Texas was born on September 3rd, 1943 in Greenville, Texas to Johnnie and Syble Wright, passed away on April 29th, 2024.
She graduated from Rockwall High School in 1962. She enjoyed many hobbies, including sewing, scrapbooking and playing games with friends. She was a lively spirit that enjoyed country western music.
She also loved dogs of all shapes and sizes. She was a devout Christian with a passion for traditional, Baptist hymns. She is preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie and Syble Wright, her husband, William Colbert and her daughter, Janet Conomos White.
She is survived by her three grandchildren, Michael Conomos, Michelle Hamilton and Christina Conrad and her 4 great grandchildren Lyla Conrad, Lucy Conrad, Leith Conrad and JB Hamilton.
The service will be held on Friday, May 17th at 2:00pm at Restland Cemetery in the Wildwood Chapel.
