Elvera Agnes Parker, 86, of McKinney, Texas passed away on September 15, 2017, in McKinney, Texas of natural causes. She was born on January 21, 1931 to Marshall Meggs and Myrtle Meggs in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.She married George A. Parker Jr. on October 29, 1950 in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. She was a hairstylist. She is survived by her daughters, Vanessa P. Arnolie and son in law Lawrence Arnolie Jr., and Clarissa G. Parker; stepdaughter, Nichole Arnolie; and a number of nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.A Rosary has been set for 9:30 am with a Mass at 10:00 am, Thursday, September 21, 2017 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in McKinney, Texas. Following the Mass, there will be a procession to the Court of Memories at Restland Memorial Park for a brief committal service. Restland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
