Emil Andrew Saba's Obituary
SABA, EMIL ANDREW Born November 30, 1913 in Guaymas, Mexico, grew up in Nogales, AZ, moved to Dallas in 1932 and passed away June 25, 2011 in Dallas, Texas. Emil proudly served in the U. S. Army Air Force as a flight instructor during WWII. He was a founding member of St. Rita’s Catholic Church. Emil is survived by his wife of 70 years, Lenna Saba; children, Ann and Bill Worthy, Andy and Becky Saba, Gary and Sandy Saba, and Tommy Saba; 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and a sister, Helen Golden. A prayer service will be 7:00-8:30pm, Wednesday, June 29th at Restland Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 12:30pm, Thursday, June 30th at St. Rita’s Catholic Church, 12521 Inwood Rd. in Dallas, followed by interment at Restland Memorial Park.
