Emilie Harris Lambeth's Obituary
Born July 12, 1936 in Memphis, Tennessee and passed away December 4, 2015 in Richardson, Texas. Emilie is survived by her husband, Larrie Lambeth, Sr.; son, Larrie Lambeth, Jr. and wife, Jeania; daughter, Laura Maxwell; grandchildren, Aaron, David and Sean Maxwell, April Segura and Lisa Koester; great grandchild, Westen; and brother, John Harris. First and foremost, Emilie was a devoted wife and mother, selfless to a fault, gracious and generous to all she knew. To know her was to be loved by her. Her graciousness also extended into the community when she was a den mother, homeroom mother, and Red Cross swim instructor. In her career as an office manager for over 30 years she was an invaluable asset to everyone that she worked with. Her hobbies included watercolors, reading, bird watching, travelling, fishing, camping, sewing, and cards. Services for Emilie will take place at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
