Emily Chang-Thing Chou, age 72, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 in Dallas, Texas. She was born October 10, 1946 to Yi-Mei Wu and Su-Zhen Shen in Guizhou, China. Emily married Allen Chou on December 14, 1973 in Taipei, Taiwan. She was in the accounting division at National Teachers Associates Life for 20 years.She is survived by her husband, Allen Chou; daughter, Lily Chou; son, Dudley Chou; step-mother, Shwu-Ying Chi; sisters, Frances Gebhardt and Janifer Tsou; and brother, Thomas Wu.Emily should be remembered for her unconditional kindness and generosity to family, friends and even strangers. She always put others before herself.A funeral service for Mrs. Emily Chou will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.Funeral arrangements have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery.
