Nancy Johnson
I met Emily when my husband and I started attending Emanuel in 2011. The women's group at the church were celebrating her birthday at a nearby restaurant and invited me to attend. We sat together and that was the start of a great friendship. It's not often that you make a dear friend later in life, but I am so grateful for her, for our conversations and the love, affection and advice she gave me. She was one of a kind and the world is a little less colorful without her. My condolences to her family, Nancy Johnson
