Emily Gail Whitmore a long time resident of Dallas, Texas born March 26, 1938 passed away January 12, 2016. Preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Mary Whitmore; brother, Hobson Whitmore; sister, Sandra Arnold. Emily is survived by her nephews, Mark Arnold and wife, Laurie, Dan Whitmore; nieces, Shelly Mathes and husband, Tony, Layne Munselle and husband, Daniel, Sara Rowe and husband, Glen, Liz Finney and husband, Greg. The memorial service for Emily Whitmore will be held on Friday, January 15, 2016 at 10:30 AM at Prestonwood Baptist Church. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
