Emma Jean (Gibson) Bordo's Obituary
Emma Jean Bordo, age 87, of Tulsa, Oklahoma was born on May 20, 1937, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to William Caz and Ruby Hazel (Hendrix) Gibson and passed away on August 1, 2024, in Sachse, Texas. She loved tending to her garden, feeding the birds and playing with her "puppy babies."
She was preceded in death by her parents and nephew, Darrell Sivard.
Emma Jean is survived by her children, Steven R. Fry (Billye), Sheri (Fry) Bewley and Sean T. Fry (Cathy); grandchildren, Ashley (Bewley) Prentice (Josh), Austin Bewley and Ella (Fry) Elwood (Cameron); great grandchildren, Jude, Annabel, Leo and William Prentice; sister, Alpha Jane (Gibson) Sivard and nieces and nephews, Janae, Janene, Dee, Janese and Danny.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations, in Emma Jean's name, to your local ASPCA.
