I was deeply saddened when I read of Emma's passing. She was one of the most loving, caring, giving and thoughtful people I have ever known. She was like my Texas mom. At one time she gave me a place to live when I had none. Those who really knew her, knew just now much she was loved and respected. My love, my thoughts and my prayers go out to Pat. In 1990 Emma came into my life with no judgements. She opened her home and ams to me. I thought that I was a lost cause, but she didn't. She left this world knowing she made a big difference in my life. She was a great mother-n-law' mother' and grandmother. She would always be there no matter what. Now she will be an Angel for everyone. I miss her so and loved her as if she was my mother. I was honored to care for and be there for her in her final year's. God has plucked this Rose from his garden and placed her in his Paradise. She will be singing in his choir now. I love you momma. Dawn Brewer-Edgar
