Mrs. Erma Ruth Sillman's Obituary
Mrs. Erma Ruth Sillman, age 78, passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. She was born to Edd Alphus Nuckels and Jemima Douglas on Tuesday, November 17, 1942, in Prosper, Texas. "Ruth", as she was affectionately known as, leaves her loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. She will be sincerely missed by her loving family, devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
She is survived by the love of life, John G. Sillman; her Step-Son, Eric Wayne Sillman; her Daughter, Cheryl Ann Sillman Thornton; her Sister, Betty Nuckels Harris; her GrandChildren, Brian Thornton, J.P. Sillman, Elizabeth Cox, Nathaniel Sillman, Tonya Cobb, Shannon Cobb, and Tabitha Cobb; her Great-GrandChildren, Vaughn Cox and Sullivan Cox.
Ruth was preceded in death by her Parents; her Grand-Parents; and Brother, Walter Nuckels; her Son, Steven Douglas Sillman; Step-Son, John Leonard Sillman; and Bernice Nuckels Bull.
At this time, funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, starting at 10:00 a.m. in the Memorial Chapel of Restland Funeral Home.
