Ernest (Sonny) Spivey's Obituary
Spivey, Ernest was born on July 13, 1932 in Chilton, Texas and passed away on September 17, 2013 in Garland, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, J.O. Spivey; mother, Myrtle Holder; brothers, Elvin, R.E., and Milborn; sisters, Verna Mae, Louise and Darlene and other brothers and sisters. Ernest is survived by his wife, Bonnie Spivey; sons, David Spivey and Russell Walker and wife, Janette; daughter, Lorri Spivey; granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Lauren Walker; sister, Bernice Fuller; brother, James A Spivey and numerous nieces and nephews. Ernest was a loving husband, father and grandfather who loved sports and to play dominoes. Family will receive friends on Thursday, September 19, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on Friday, September 20, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Restland Wildwood Chapel with interment immediately following in the park.
