Mr. Espirio Salazar Vega's Obituary
Friends,
It is with a heavy heart that I bring you the news that we very unexpectedly lost one of our own Monday, December 14th. Espirio Vega (Pilo) is now dancing on the streets with Jesus.
He is preceded in death by his parents Lino and Sofia Vega, and a brother Mauricio Vega of Georgia.
He left behind a wonderful wife Sherry Ann (Counts) Vega and 3 incredible children Jeffrey Ference (Tammey) of Tennessee, Josephina Sheree Vega of Forney TX., Joshua Estevan Vega (Stephanie) of Seagoville TX. He also had 3 siblings, Juanita Vega Dallas. Melinda Castillo (Felix) of Mercale,TX. Grandchildren are Jenny Burton (Terrell) in Germany, Chelsea of Arkansas, and Jessica Ference of Tennessee. Jakob, and Jackson, Jordan, Jace, Jillian Vega and also born a few hours of Pilo's passing, was born Jexley. Makes a total of 10 grand and 4 beautiful great grand children in Germany.
Pilo, was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, uncle, brother-in-law, but the greatest name was "Papa”.
He served 21 years in the Army and National Guard, worked many years as a Cement finisher with his Brother's Company and with Allas Chalmers Toyota of Dallas, and he was a member of the Amvet post 23 Seagoville TX. where he held the position of President. He also enjoyed coaching the children in sports, and riding his Harley Davidson.
It’s a sad day here on earth, but we know Pilo is in heaven rejoicing with family. Dancing with Jesus in the streets of heaven. He has earned his wings. We will miss him dearly.
