Mrs. Esther Davila Ramos' Obituary
Dallas – Esther Davila Ramos, 90, of Dallas, TX passed away peacefully on December 15, 2020 with family by her side.
Esther was born on January 12, 1930 in Benjamin, TX to Manuel and Elvira Everett Davila and raised in Munday, TX. She married Frotoso (Fred) Ramos on February 18, 1950. She was a wife and a mother who loved God with all her heart and loved caring for her family. She was a long time member at Temple El Redentor in Dallas. Her family and grandchildren came first, and they enjoyed and loved the many wonderful meals she prepared for all of them. She took loving care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren as infants.
Esther is survived by her daughter Irene Beltran and her husband Jose, her son Fred Ramos and his wife Chrys Ramos, her granddaughters Maresa Bailey and husband Brandon and Vanessa Odell and husband Ryan, grandson Erik Beltran and wife Nohemi, great grandchildren Erik Angel, Scarlette, Kaitlynn, and JoeAngel. sisters Lucia Lopez, Maria Aparicio, Margarita Rodriguez, and Anita Maldonado, brothers Alberto Davila and Joe Davila, and many nieces and nephews.
She was reunited in Heaven with her husband of 64 years Frotoso (Fred) Ramos, infant son Frotoso Jr., parents Manuel Guerrero Davila and Elvira Everett Davila, brothers and sisters Alfredo Davila, Herminia Ramirez, Roberto Davila, Adelina Mata, Manuel Davila, Adela Tarango, and Alejandro Davila
Services to celebrate the life of Esther Davila Ramos will be held at Restland Funeral Home in the Main Chapel, Dallas with Reverend Jose Beltran officiating. Visitation will be on Monday, December 21 from 3-5 pm and services will be Tuesday, December 22 at 10 am.
