Ethel Inez Horton's Obituary
Ethel Inez Horton was born on December 21, 1938, in New Boston, Texas and passed away on April 8, 2017, in Athens, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alton Wayne Horton; daughter, Becky Delane Burns; parents, Calvin Carl and Ethel Madewell Hilton; siblings, Carl Hilton and Douglas Donovan Hilton. She is survived by her son and his wife Alton and Shannon Horton Jr; daughter and husband Beverly and Nicky Morris; son in law, Ricky Burns; siblings, Maggie Pearl Hawkins, Helen Marie Rogers, Judith Katherine Mayo, Anna Beatrice Hilton , Steve Calvin Hilton and wife, Chris Hilton; James Dennis Hilton and wife, Teresa Marie Hilton as well as seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Memorial service for Ethel will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017, at 3:00 PM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park,13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
