PHELAN, ETHEL L. Born March 14, 1923 in Chanute, Kansas and passed away March 19, 2010 in Garland, Texas. Ethel is survived by brother, Wayne Walker; children, Jesse Basham, Kim and husband Bob Fritts, Chris and wife Megan Phelan, Mark and wife Kim Phelan and Mike W. Phelan; great grandchildren, Josh, Ashley, Jeremy, April, Johnny, Tommy, Jonathan, Jessica, Karissa, Kayla, Anthony, Zachary, Aiden, Nick and Katy; great-great grandchildren, Alissa and Nicholas. Visitation will be at Restland Funeral Home on Sunday, March 21, 2010 after 1:00 PM. Services will be held at Restland Funeral Home on Monday, March 22, 2010 at 12:00 PM.
