Etta Marie Coyle's Obituary
COYLE, ETTA MARIE age 85, of Carrollton, Texas passed away peacefully on May 14, 2013 at home. She was born on March 21, 1928 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to her parents, O.B. and Etta Zeek. Etta Marie was one of 5 children. She married Forrest J. Coyle in Wewoka, OK on April 17, 1949. They had 2 children. She attended Oklahoma A&M (now Oklahoma State University) and graduated in 1948 with a degree in Home Economics. She was a longtime resident of Carrollton, Texas for 38 years. Etta Marie was a member of St. Andrew’s Christian Church. She enjoyed creating art, playing bridge and traveling. Etta Marie was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Forrest J Coyle. She will be remembered by her children, Lynn Loveless and her husband Gerald, Jamie Jenkins and her husband Jake. She is also survived by grandchildren, Dawn Dodson, Christine Stinson and Jason Jenkins; great-grandchildren, Noah, Luxie, Matthew and Nicholas; sisters, Verna Mae Roberson and Neda Martha Bartl. Family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Sunday, May 19, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Celebration of life for Etta will be 11:00 AM, Monday, May 20, 2013 at St. Andrews Christian Church, 3945 Josey Lane, Carrollton, TX 75007 with additional visitation from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Etta’s memory to St. Andrews Christian Church or simply pass on a random act of kindness as she would.
