BROWN, EUGENE RICHARD born October 25, 1936 in Wichita, Kansas has passed away April 9, 2013 in Plano, Texas. Preceded in death by his wife, Anne Victoria Brown in 2008. Eugene is survived by his sons, Richard E. Brown of Richardson, Texas, Clifton Brown of Spring, Texas; daughter, Janet Atwell of Gilbert, Arizona. A memorial service will be held Monday, April 15, 2013 at 9:30 AM at Restland Abbey Chapel.
