Eugene C. Miller's Obituary
MILLER, EUGENE C. of Mesquite, Texas passed away December 8, 2012 peacefullly from the arms of his loving family to the loving arms of His LORD. Born February 7, 1934 in Dallas, Texas to Richard F. Miller, Sr. and Viola Veleria May Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Nadine Hindman, and sister Lois Turner. He is survived by brothers, Richard F. Miller, Jr. and Jim D. Miller and sister Norma Hill. Also survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Carol “Janice” Miller, his children, Diane M. Caperton and husband, Glenn (Rowlett), Darlene M. Johnson (Mesquite) and Jeannie Jolene Miller Beach (Dallas); 4 grandchildren – Clark Andrew Caperton, Josh Miller Caperton, Tiffany Lynn Johnson and Jamie Kathryn Beach; 2 great-grandchildren – Javien Johnson and Traelyn James; and many nieces and nephews. Gene graduated from Crozier Tech High School in Dallas. He served his country in the United States Air Force before going to work at Collins Radio in Richardson, Texas, which changed to Rockwell International and is now Alcatel. He retired after 35 years. With Pastor Mark Wilburn officiating, Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at Restland Wildwood Chapel, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243 at 10:00am with Family Visitation being held on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 from 6pm-8pm at Restland Funeral Home. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
