Eugene Curtis Roberts, Jr., age 73, was born to parents Eugene Curtis Roberts, Sr. and Betty Jean Hainline in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on May 28, 1944. He passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. Eugene was a numismatist (coin dealer) and loved collecting and selling sports cards. He is preceded in death by his father, Eugene Roberts, Sr. Eugene is survived by his loving mother, Betty Hainline Roberts; sister, Kathy Nodeland, and husband, James “Jim”; niece, Brooke Nodeland; nephew, Brian Nodeland and wife Kari; great-niece, Kaylee Nodeland; and great-nephews, Asher Nodeland and Sawyer Nodeland. He will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, and all who knew and loved him.A graveside service for Eugene Curtis Roberts, Jr. will be on Friday, April 27, 2018, at 2:30 PM in the Chapel Garden Estates in Restland Cemetery.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243.
