Eula Faye McLemore's Obituary
Eula "Faye" McLemore was born in Lakeview, TX on the 10th of October in 1934 and passed from this earth to heaven on the 22nd of December 2022. She was 88 years young. Her parents, who preceded her, were Josie "Edna" Gowdy and Luther Gowdy of Waco, TX. Faye was survived by her three daughters, Deana Mobley (husband Mike), Kathy Ferron (husband John) and Sandi Clancy (husband Tom, deceased). She was also preceded in death by her son, Jerry and her twin brother, Ray Gowdy. Faye was also survived by 7 grandchildren, Alicia, Julie, Jenni, Matthew, Ryan, Michael and Josh and 9 great grandchildren. Faye liked to watch baseball and football and played Bingo almost daily. She also loved singing hymns with her friends. Faye had a long career of 30+ years at Rockwell/Alcatel in Richardson. Faye was always happy and loved to laugh. She had a compassionate heart and wanted to help anyone in need. Her biggest joy was her family and she loved them with all her heart. She will be missed. Rest in peace and know that you are forever in our hearts. Services will be held, graveside, at Restland Memorial on Friday, January 6th 2023 at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the Alzheimer's Association.
